Auto Italia Subsidiary Inks Deal to Sell Euro-eBOLD Vehicles to Fabrika

Auto Italia Holdings Limited (00720) has announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Hudson Automotive Import and Export (Chongqing) Co., Ltd. (Hudson Automotive, as the seller), has entered into a sales contract with Fabrika Poljoprivredne Mehanizacije Agromehanika D.O.O. Boljevac (Fabrika, as the buyer).

Under the agreement, Hudson Automotive has agreed to sell, and Fabrika has agreed to purchase, Euro-eBOLD model vehicles. The total contract value is approximately 3.46 million euros.

Fabrika is a company incorporated in Serbia and is an affiliate of Gama Elektrocentar D.O.O., which is primarily engaged in the distribution and servicing of new energy vehicles in Serbia.
