Zylox-Tonbridge Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (ZYLOXTB) disclosed a modest share repurchase that marginally trimmed its free-float and lifted treasury holdings.

On 20 April 2026, the company bought back 48,000 H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 23.48 and HKD 24.10, spending a total of HKD 1.14 million. The transaction was executed under the repurchase mandate approved on 30 May 2025, which authorises buybacks of up to 31.96 million shares.

Key post-transaction metrics: • Issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury stock) decreased 0.0143 % to 327.95 million. • Treasury shares increased to 8.40 million, while the total issued share count remained unchanged at 336.35 million. • Cumulative buybacks under the current mandate now reach 5.58 million shares, equivalent to 1.71 % of the share base on the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, ZYLOXTB is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury share sales until 20 May 2026.
