Azeus Systems Holdings Ltd told shareholders in a pre-meeting Q&A that it expects to book the remaining 27 million Singapore dollars of one-off revenue from its Central Electronic Record Keeping Systems (CERKS) contract with the Hong Kong Government in the financial year ending Mar, 31 2027, after having already recognised roughly 70 million Singapore dollars to Mar, 31 2026.

The company added that a ten-year maintenance and support phase will begin once implementation is completed. Azeus cautioned, however, that continuing discussions with the customer over licence-fee calculations could materially affect both the timing and total amount of revenue and profits recognised in FY2027.

Selling, general and administrative expenses rose in FY2026 as the group expanded its global sales force and integrated artificial-intelligence functions into its products. While declining to give specific forecasts, the board said it will keep balancing growth investment with cost discipline.

For its IT Services arm, Azeus expects annual turnover to stay close to its recent level of roughly 10 million US dollars, noting that it will pursue only strategically and commercially attractive contracts to maintain this contribution.
