Intelligent Assistant Now Handles Labour Dispute Inquiries on Gansu Arbitration WeChat Account

A new intelligent assistant is now available to answer common labour dispute questions. The "Gansu Arbitration" WeChat public account has recently integrated the Gansu Human Resources and Social Security large model. This upgrade advances the labour dispute arbitration service from "accessible via fingertips" to "intelligently handled with ease."

Previously, parties involved in labour disputes often faced difficulties such as not understanding policies, being unfamiliar with procedures, or not knowing how to prepare materials. Now, users only need to input their questions into the public account. The large model can provide around-the-clock, real-time answers and guidance on high-frequency matters, including the scope of arbitration, application conditions, processing procedures, statute of limitations, and evidence requirements. This helps users clarify whether they should apply, where to apply, and what to prepare before submitting a request. Accessing the smart customer service is also simple: search for and follow the "Gansu Arbitration" WeChat account, enter the direct message page, and click "Smart Consultation."

The intelligent service goes beyond simple question-and-answer interactions. For matters that can be handled online, the system provides procedural guidance and document templates. For complex cases requiring further verification, it directs users to human customer service or offline service windows, preventing users from searching across multiple channels. User feedback can also be linked to the "Code for Appeals" service for classified routing and tracking, ensuring every appeal has an entry point, a resolution, and a response. Additionally, based on the consultation content, the system will push relevant cases and legal knowledge from the "Arbitration at Close Range" series, extending efforts from "post-dispute resolution" to "pre-dispute prevention."

Previously, the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security launched the "Arbitration at Close Range" live-streaming legal education program and the "Code for Appeals" online dispute resolution platform. The "Arbitration at Close Range" program has completed nine live broadcasts, attracting over 980,000 cumulative views. The integration of the large model now connects legal education, consultation, guidance, and dispute resolution into a single service chain.

The Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security will continue to improve the arbitration business knowledge base, strengthen mechanisms for response review, operational monitoring, and manual backup. These efforts aim to enhance the accuracy, standardisation, and practicality of the intelligent assistant, allowing data to work harder while users work less, and making labour rights protection more convenient, efficient, and compassionate.
