Times Neighborhood confirmed that it meets the Hong Kong Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% of issued shares, indicating sufficient market liquidity.

The filing also notes full compliance with all listing rules and regulatory requirements, as affirmed by Director Shum Chiu Hung in the company’s official submission dated 2 July 2026.
