Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust buys Dutch logistics facility for 64.1 million Singapore dollars

Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (BUOU) announced on Apr, 16 2026 that it has acquired a newly built freehold logistics property in Hapert, the Netherlands, for €43.0 million, or about 64.1 million Singapore dollars. The transaction was signed and completed on Apr, 15 2026.

The 25,603-sq-m facility, completed in Oct, 2025, is fully occupied by DSV Air & Sea Nederland B.V., part of global logistics group DSV, under a lease with a weighted average expiry of 9.5 years. The building carries an Energy Performance Certificate rating of A+++ and features consumer-price-index-linked rent adjustments.

The purchase price represents a 3.3% discount to an independent valuation of €44.45 million by Jones Lang LaSalle BV as at Feb, 28 2026. The consideration will be settled in cash using a combination of external debt and existing cash resources.

Following the deal, FLCT’s portfolio will increase to 114 properties valued at approximately 7.0 billion Singapore dollars. The weighting of logistics and industrial assets within the portfolio will rise from 75.1% to 75.3%, while exposure to the Netherlands will expand from 5.5% to 6.4%.
