HONY MEDIA (00419) announced that its indirect subsidiary, Ainuobo (Chengdu) Technology Co., Ltd., has signed a five-year cooperation agreement with Longfor Property Services Group Co., Ltd. to jointly build and operate a property management robotic platform.

The collaboration centers on using HONY MEDIA's AIROBO operating system as the technical foundation to create the "Longfor Property Robot Operations Platform." This platform will enable unified access and management of multiple brands and types of robots, driving their large-scale deployment in community and property management settings.

Longfor Property Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Longfor Group Holdings Limited (listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, stock code: 960), manages approximately 360 million square meters of property. It oversees over 2,100 projects across more than 100 cities in China.

The parties involved have initiated pilot projects at two locations: Beijing Yuhu Jing and Chengdu Xichen Yuanzhe. As a phased milestone, the pilot at Chengdu Xichen Yuanzhe has already started trial operations, integrating multiple robot types such as inspection and delivery units. These robots are connected and coordinated through HONY MEDIA's AIROBO unified operations platform, moving community robot applications from single-machine, single-scenario tests to multi-category, platform-based comprehensive operations.

The platform serves as an independent third-party operational infrastructure, supporting the unified access and management of robots from different brands and categories. This cooperation and project implementation mark a significant step for HONY MEDIA in expanding its robot operations platform business, helping to validate and build operational capabilities in real property scenarios and gradually develop a replicable operational model.
