The Beijing Financial Regulatory Authority released an official document on July 31, approving the qualification of Yang Lu to serve as the general manager of the Capital Operations Center at Bohai Bank.
The approval came in the form of a formal reply, formally endorsing Yang Lu's appointment to the senior leadership role within the bank's capital markets division.
