iFAST Corporation reported a 35.0% year-on-year rise in net profit to S$29.85 million for the quarter ended Jun 30, driven by strong asset inflows that lifted revenue and operating leverage across its regional wealth-management platform.

Total revenue climbed 34.8 YoY to S$162.04 million. The board declared a second interim dividend of 3.00 cents per ordinary share, 50.0 YoY higher than a year earlier and payable on a date to be announced. Full-year dividend guidance was raised to “12.00 cents per share or higher”, at least 43.0 above FY2025’s payout and up from the 10.50-cent target provided in April.

Group EBITDA rose 32.7 YoY to S$48.89 million. Assets under administration expanded 32.8 YoY to a record S$36.13 billion, supported by S$1.31 billion of net inflows in the quarter and positive market performance. By product, AUA for unit trusts grew 31.1 YoY, bonds 3.2 , stocks and ETFs 57.2 , and cash accounts/deposits 20.3 .

Pre-tax profit from the UK-based iFAST Global Bank surged 174.5 YoY to S$1.92 million, marking its best quarterly showing. Group segment data for 1H2026 showed pre-tax contributions of S$27.77 million from Singapore, S$35.82 million from Hong Kong and S$4.96 million from Malaysia, while China posted a S$0.95 million loss and other activities lost S$1.05 million.

Losses in China and continued investment in new market segments moderated overall gains, but robust performances in the core Singapore and Hong Kong units and accelerating banking earnings underpinned group profitability. The return on equity held at 27.2 in 1H2026.

Looking ahead, management signalled scope to lift the dividend payout ratio toward 40 over time as shareholders’ equity approaches S$1 billion. The group will continue to scale its wealth-management, digital banking and e-pension platforms, targeting further AUA expansion across Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, China and the UK amid what it described as “healthy” market conditions.
