Chaoju Eye Care discloses latest HKD 0.47 million share buyback; cumulative 2.83 million shares repurchased under 2026 mandate

Chaoju Eye Care Holdings Limited reported that it repurchased 180,000 ordinary shares on 22 July 2026 at prices between HKD 2.58 and HKD 2.60 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 0.47 million. The shares are scheduled for cancellation.

The company’s issued share capital stood unchanged at 705.18 million shares as of 22 July 2026 because the repurchased shares have not yet been cancelled.

Since the 12 May 2026 authorisation, Chaoju Eye Care has bought back 2.83 million shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, representing 0.40 % of the issued share count on the mandate date. The current mandate allows for the repurchase of up to 70.52 million shares; approximately 67.69 million shares remain available.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 21 August 2026 following the latest on-market repurchase. All repurchases were executed in accordance with the Main Board rules, and the board confirmed receipt of all funds and compliance with relevant regulations.
