ENN Energy: Morgan Stanley Reports Net Sale of 8,800 Shares During Privatisation Process

Hong Kong, 12 June 2026 — In connection with the proposed privatisation of ENN Energy Holdings Limited by way of scheme of arrangement, Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, identified as a Class (5) associate of the offeror, disclosed transactions in ENN Energy ordinary shares carried out on 11 June 2026 under Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers.

On that date, the brokerage executed hedging trades arising from wholly unsolicited client-driven Delta 1 orders, purchasing 100 shares at HK$49.26 each for a total consideration of HK$4,926.00. Concurrently, it sold 8,900 shares for HK$440,585.00, with prices ranging between HK$49.04 and HK$51.60 per share.

The net effect was a disposal of 8,800 shares, completed for Morgan Stanley’s own account, during the ongoing privatisation exercise for ENN Energy. Morgan Stanley is ultimately owned by Morgan Stanley.
