The construction of a marine equipment smart manufacturing industrial park in Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area (TEDA) has officially entered the physical construction phase. The project has obtained its construction permit and successfully completed the initial test pile driving, marking the conclusion of all preliminary preparatory work.
Located at the prime intersection of Haitong Street and Muning Road within TEDA, the marine equipment smart manufacturing industrial park represents a total investment of 69 million yuan. The project plans to construct two standardized, custom-built steel structure factory buildings. These facilities are designed to provide high-quality, ready-to-use space for companies involved in marine equipment research and development, manufacturing, and pilot-scale production, creating a professional industrial platform that enables "move-in ready" operations and efficient commencement of production.
Upon completion and operation, the park is expected to significantly enhance the supporting industrial ecosystem for the regional marine equipment sector. It aims to attract and concentrate high-end smart manufacturing resources, thereby driving the upgrade of the local marine equipment industry towards greater clustering, sophistication, and intelligence. This initiative is set to inject new momentum into the area's industrial transformation and the high-quality development of its real economy.
