Beijing Tong Ren Tang Technologies Co., Ltd. has announced new appointments to its corporate governance structure.

Effective from July 9, 2026, Mr. Han Guanzhao has resigned from his position as the company's Board Secretary due to a work reassignment.

Concurrently, Ms. Ma Yongyi will step down from her role as the company's Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, also as a result of a work adjustment.

Ms. Ma will continue in her capacity as the Company Secretary. She will also remain the authorized agent in Hong Kong for receiving legal documents and notices on behalf of the company, as required under Rule 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

From the same date, July 9, 2026, Ms. Mei Zhe has been appointed as the company's Authorized Representative and Board Secretary.

Ms. Mei has also been appointed as a Co-Company Secretary, working alongside Ms. Ma Yongyi to provide services to the Board of Directors and the company.
