NH302 is a peripherally selective Kappa receptor agonist. Preclinical trial results indicate that NH302 exhibits strong agonistic activity on Kappa receptors, demonstrating significant analgesic effects across multiple pain animal models, with a low effective dose and prolonged duration of action.
