SKB BIO-B Receives Hong Kong Exchange Approval for Full H-Share Circulation

SKB BIO-B (06990) has announced that the company applied to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the listing and trading approval of 8.2143 million H-shares, equivalent to the total number of domestic shares and non-listed foreign shares to be converted under the conversion and listing plan. The board of directors is pleased to announce that the stock exchange granted the listing approval on April 2, 2026. Based on the company's total share capital as of the announcement date, the converted H-shares represent approximately 3.52% of the total share capital. As a result of the completion of the conversion and listing, the proportion of H-shares in the company's total share capital will increase from 69.80% to 73.32%, while domestic shares will decrease from 28.21% to 26.68%, and non-listed foreign shares will drop from 1.99% to 0.00%.
