Ley Choon Group subsidiary wins 24.5 million Singapore dollars utilities contracts

Ley Choon Group Holdings Limited announced on Jun, 08 2026 that its wholly owned subsidiary, Ley Choon Constructions and Engineering Pte. Ltd, has secured repair and maintenance contracts for underground utilities valued at approximately 24.5 million Singapore dollars.

The work is expected to be completed within about 36 months. While management expects the contracts to contribute positively to group earnings, they are not projected to have a material effect on earnings per share or net tangible assets per share for the financial year ending Mar, 31 2027.

The company said none of its directors or controlling shareholders, nor their associates, has any direct or indirect interest in the contracts beyond their respective shareholdings in the group.
