JF SmartInvest executes HK $7.51 million on-market buyback, lifting treasury stock to 4.95 million shares

JF SmartInvest Holdings Ltd (JF SmartInvest) disclosed a fresh on-market share repurchase that trimmed its free-float and bolstered treasury holdings.

On 31 July 2026, the company bought back 244,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HK$29.70 to HK$31.54 per share, with a volume-weighted average cost of HK$30.77. The aggregate consideration was approximately HK$7.51 million.

Key post-transaction metrics • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell 0.05 % to 463.41 million. • Treasury shares increased to 4.95 million, keeping total issued shares steady at 468.36 million. • The buybacks to date under the mandate approved on 18 June 2026 have reached 877,300 shares, representing 0.19 % of the company’s issued share capital as at the mandate date. • The current repurchase headroom stands at about 45.53 million shares, based on the 46.41 million-share limit of the mandate.

Following the 31 July purchases, JF SmartInvest enters a moratorium period through 30 August 2026, during which it cannot issue, sell or transfer any treasury shares without prior Stock Exchange approval.
