Come Sure Group (Holdings) Limited reported no changes to its share capital structure for the month ended 30 June 2026, according to its latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 2 July 2026.

Authorised Capital • The company’s authorised share capital remained at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, representing authorised capital of HKD 20.00 million. • No increase or decrease in authorised share capital was recorded during the month.

Issued Shares and Treasury Position • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) stood unchanged at 331.08 million. • The group held no treasury shares, keeping total issued shares also at 331.08 million. • There were no share repurchases, cancellations, or new share issues in June.

Public Float Compliance • Come Sure confirmed that it satisfied the Main Board’s minimum public float threshold of 25% as of 30 June 2026.

Corporate Actions • The company reported no activity under share option schemes, warrants, convertible instruments, or other equity-linked arrangements.

Regulatory Confirmation • Director Chong Wa Ching certified that all statutory and listing rule requirements were met for the reporting period, with no outstanding conditions related to previously issued securities.
