Come Sure Group (Holdings) Limited released its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming that the company’s capital structure remained unchanged during the month.

The authorised share capital stayed at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 20.00 million. Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) closed the month at 331.08 million, identical to the level reported at end-June 2026. No treasury shares are outstanding.

At this level, issued shares represent roughly 16.55% of the company’s authorised share capital, indicating substantial headroom for future issuance should the board deem it necessary.

No share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments were issued, exercised, or cancelled during the period, and there were no other corporate actions affecting share capital.

Come Sure Group also affirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% of issued shares, ensuring ongoing eligibility for listing.
