HOMELAND ITL buys back 1.09 million shares, boosts treasury stock to 9.98 million

Homeland Interactive Technology Ltd. (HOMELAND ITL) disclosed that on 12 June 2026 it repurchased 1.09 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at HKD 1.39 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 1.51 million. All repurchased shares were retained as treasury stock.

Following the transaction, issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.09 % to 1.27 billion, while treasury shares rose to 9.98 million. The company’s total issued share count remains unchanged at 1.28 billion because treasury shares are still classified as issued.

The buy-back was executed under the repurchase mandate approved on 17 June 2025, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 128.34 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 9.98 million shares, representing 0.78 % of the company’s issued shares on the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, HOMELAND ITL is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 12 July 2026.
