Zheneng Jinjiang Environment Holding Company Limited has reported two corporate actions for the six months to Jun, 30 2026.
The group’s dormant, wholly owned British Virgin Islands subsidiary, Outstanding Mode Developments Limited, was struck off on Mar, 10 2026 and dissolved on Mar, 13 2026. The entity, incorporated in 2013 as an investment‐holding vehicle, became redundant after an internal restructuring that saw its underlying assets transferred to other group companies.
On Jun, 22 2026, subsidiary Lin’an Jiasheng Environment Co., Ltd. bought the remaining 10% stake in Hangzhou Xiaoshan Jinjiang Green Energy Co., Ltd. from an unrelated individual for RMB11.6 million. The purchase, funded by internal resources, lifts the group’s interest in the waste-to-energy operator from 90% to 100%. The price was based on the RMB10 million paid-up capital and about RMB1.6 million of distributable 2024 profits attributable to the minority stake.
Xiaoshan Jinjiang held unaudited net assets of RMB181.1 million and net tangible assets of RMB173.0 million as at Jun, 30 2026.
Zheneng Jinjiang Environment said the transactions are not expected to have a material impact on its earnings per share or net tangible assets for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2026.
