Trigiant Group Reports Stable Share Capital for May 2026; Public Float Remains Compliant

Trigiant Group Limited released its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 May 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged throughout the month.

The company’s authorised share capital stood at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million. Issued shares totalled 1.77 billion, with no treasury shares outstanding or created during the reporting period. Consequently, total issued share capital also remained at HKD 17.68 million on a par-value basis.

The disclosure further confirmed that Trigiant satisfied the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 percent as at 31 May 2026.

No share options, warrants, convertibles or other equity-linked instruments were issued, exercised, or cancelled, and there were no other share movements or Hong Kong Depositary Receipts reported.

The filing was authorised by Company Secretary Mr. Lee Yiu Wai William and submitted to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 1 June 2026.
