Market Data Highlights Growth Trajectory

Data for the first quarter of 2026 from IDC on the x86 server market shows that LENOVO GROUP achieved a significant breakthrough in the global x86 server market. Ranked by vendor revenue, LENOVO GROUP rose to second place globally with a year-on-year growth rate of 36.5%, achieving a market share of 8.8%, an increase of 2.5 percentage points year-on-year. In the first quarter, the company's revenue achieved counter-trend growth, with a quarter-on-quarter increase of 10.9%, indicating its server business is accelerating into an upward trajectory.

Financial Performance and Strategic Shift

It is noteworthy that in the recently concluded fourth fiscal quarter, the revenue of LENOVO GROUP's Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) business reached a new high, successfully turning a profit. With the sustained release of demand for AI servers, liquid cooling infrastructure, and enterprise-level computing power, the company's server business is gradually transitioning from a previous investment phase into a new stage characterized by simultaneous scale growth and profit improvement. In the fourth fiscal quarter, LENOVO GROUP's AI server revenue continued to set new historical records, with full-year AI server revenue achieving a high-speed growth of 50% year-on-year.
