Raffles Education (NR7) issues 43,676 shares after S$2,839 bond conversion

Raffles Education Limited (NR7) said on June 17, 2026, that it has issued 43,676 new ordinary shares at a conversion price of SGD0.065 per share following the partial conversion of its outstanding convertible bonds.

The conversion covered SGD2,839 in principal value of the bonds, reducing the outstanding bond pool to SGD38.497 million from SGD38.500 million. Consequently, the company’s issued share capital rose to 1,817,488,673 shares from 1,817,444,997 shares.

The newly issued shares rank pari passu with existing stock and will begin trading on the Singapore Exchange’s Mainboard at 9:00 a.m. on June 18, 2026.

The conversion was carried out under the terms of the Convertible Bonds Trust Deed dated August 30, 2022. No change to the original conversion price was announced.
