CH XINHUA EDU (02779) has announced that its current auditor, KPMG, will retire upon the conclusion of the company's upcoming annual general meeting scheduled for June 16, 2026, following the completion of its current term. Upon the recommendation of the audit committee, the board resolved on April 14, 2026, not to propose the reappointment of KPMG as the company's auditor at the annual general meeting. Instead, the board will submit a resolution proposing the appointment of Rongcheng (Hong Kong) CPA Limited as the new auditor. The appointment is intended to take effect after the conclusion of the annual general meeting and will last until the end of the company's next annual general meeting.
