Pharscin Pharmaceutical Receives Clinical Trial Approval for Glaucoma Eye Drop Candidate

Chongqing Pharscin Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd. (002907.SZ) announced that its controlled subsidiary, Chengdu Huasen Aorui Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Huasen Aorui), has received the "Drug Clinical Trial Approval Notice" from the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) for Phosphoric ORIC-1327 Eye Drops. The approval covers two indications across six specifications.

Phosphoric ORIC-1327 Eye Drops (Project Code: ORIP-1009) is a selective small molecule inhibitor independently developed by Huasen Aorui, with full independent intellectual property rights. It is clinically intended for the treatment of glaucoma and ocular hypertension. Preclinical studies have confirmed the drug's significant intraocular pressure-lowering effects in New Zealand rabbits and cynomolgus monkeys, along with good ocular safety, demonstrating promising drug development prospects.
