QAF Limited has scheduled its Annual General Meeting for Apr, 24 2026 at 11:00 a.m. in a wholly physical format, according to a notice dated Mar, 27 2026 and a follow-up announcement on Apr, 17 2026.
For the financial year ended Dec, 31 2025, the group reported earnings per share of 6.9 cents, up from 6.0 cents a year earlier. An ordinary dividend of 5.0 cents per share was declared, unchanged from FY2024.
As at Dec, 31 2025, QAF’s net asset value stood at 88.7 cents per share compared with 86.9 cents a year earlier. The firm had a net cash position, with a net gearing ratio of negative 0.37 times versus negative 0.36 times previously. Its closing share price was 0.895 Singapore dollars, giving a market capitalisation of about 515 million Singapore dollars.
In a response to shareholder queries ahead of the AGM, the company said the ongoing Iran war has raised delivery and packaging expenses through higher fuel costs. Management is reviewing processes to cut discretionary spending, streamline distribution services and optimise inventory levels to mitigate these impacts while monitoring raw-material costs.
