China Resources Land has released its Circular dated 15 May 2026 together with the Proxy Form for the upcoming annual general meeting. Both English and Chinese versions are now accessible on the company’s website (www.crland.com.hk).

The annual general meeting will be held on Tuesday, 9 June 2026, at 3:00 p.m. in the Ballroom, 1st Floor, Hotel Kapok Shenzhen Bay, No. 3001 Binhai Avenue, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.

Shareholders who previously opted to receive corporate communications electronically can request printed copies of the Circular and Proxy Form at no cost by submitting a written request to the share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited. Requests may be sent by fax (+852 2861 1465), email (chinaresland1109-ecom@vistra.com) or post (mailing label provided).

Investors may also change their preferred method of receiving future corporate communications at any time without charge by completing Part B of the attached Instruction Slip and returning it via the same channels.
