Guolian Minsheng highlights robust ESG progress in 2025 Sustainability Report

Guolian Minsheng Securities Company Limited released its 2025 Sustainability Report, detailing strengthened ESG governance, continued service to the real economy and expanded green-finance initiatives.

Governance and compliance • The board-level Strategy & ESG Committee met twice during the year, reviewing seven proposals, while the full board convened 12 times and adopted 84 resolutions. • Four specialised board committees (Audit, Remuneration & Nomination, Strategy & ESG, Risk Control) held a combined 20 meetings. • Information-disclosure quality was rated “B” by the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and shareholder returns included a proposed cash dividend of RMB 0.60 per 10 shares, totalling RMB 341 million—16.97 % of 2025 net profit.

Risk and integrity management • Twenty internal risk-management policies were updated; 99 audit projects identified 103 issues with a 91.26 % rectification rate. • No corruption cases were recorded; 7,780 employees completed integrity training (13.88 hours on average).

Operating performance • Total assets reached RMB 203.22 billion. • Operating revenue was RMB 7.67 billion; net profit stood at RMB 2.03 billion. • Basic EPS came in at RMB 0.36, while social value added per share was RMB 1.46.

Serving the real economy • Investment-banking mandates included four IPOs and 95 bond issues in the Yangtze River Delta worth RMB 36.54 billion. • Twenty technology-innovation bonds raised RMB 3.90 billion; two SME bonds raised RMB 450 million. • The asset-management arm issued 46 ABS products totalling RMB 35.20 billion, of which inclusive-finance projects accounted for RMB 32.80 billion.

Green and inclusive finance • Private-equity funds launched (10 in total; nearly RMB 6.00 billion) directed about 20 % of capital to new-energy and new-materials companies. • OTC derivatives linked to green-finance ETFs reached RMB 1.00 billion; pension-finance themed derivatives totalled RMB 160 million. • Green development efforts cut total greenhouse-gas emissions to 5,663.56 tCO₂e; purchased power was 10,382.46 MWh.

Digital transformation • Financial-technology investment totalled RMB 549.50 million. • R&D staff numbered 172, representing 2.89 % of the workforce. • Key digital achievements included an AI-based agent platform, in-memory market-data processing and completion of a data-middle-platform upgrade.

Human capital • Headcount stood at 5,505; women accounted for 44.63 %. • Training investment reached RMB 3.84 million, delivering 186,766 hours, with 100 % employee coverage. • Zero work-related fatalities were reported; four safety-training sessions achieved 90 % coverage.

Social impact • Through its public-welfare trust, the company donated RMB 2.07 million and completed 27 rural-revitalisation projects, benefitting over 433 people. • Investor-education initiatives produced more than 50 original products, garnering 5 million views, while 381,579 customer-satisfaction questionnaires returned a 93.50 % positive rating.

The 2025 report underscores Guolian Minsheng’s strategic alignment of ESG principles with core operations, signalling continued focus on technology finance, green finance and inclusive growth.
