HAIDILAO has recently introduced an iPad-based song request feature at a number of its outlets nationwide, aimed at enhancing the dining atmosphere and fostering greater customer interaction. According to store management, the feature is being gradually expanded, with the current song library already exceeding 10,000 tracks.
A visit to the HAIDILAO outlet at Beijing's Shijinjiyuan shopping center revealed that the song request service has been operational there for two weeks and has proven quite popular, with dozens of members participating daily. Under the current structure, Black Sea members can enjoy three complimentary song requests per month, while other members can redeem one request using 66 loyalty coins.
The store manager noted that younger diners have shown particular enthusiasm for this feature, with tracks by Jay Chou, Joker Xue, and Mayday ranking among the most frequently requested. Public records indicate that HAIDILAO has been a pioneer in systematically advancing digital services within the domestic restaurant sector, having adopted iPad ordering at its locations as early as 2011. The rollout of this song request functionality marks yet another step in its ongoing digital innovation efforts.
