METASPACEX Announces Resignation of Joint Company Secretary

METASPACEX (01796) has announced that Mr. Zhong Zhuomin has resigned from his position as Joint Company Secretary of the company, effective April 28, 2026, due to his intention to dedicate more time to other personal pursuits. Mr. Zhou Runzhang has been appointed as Joint Company Secretary, effective from the same date. Furthermore, effective April 28, 2026, Mr. Zhong has resigned and will no longer serve as the Authorized Representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules. Mr. Zhou has been appointed as the Authorized Representative, also effective April 28, 2026.
