MUYUAN Keeps Capital Structure Steady in July; Convertible Bond Adds 69 A Shares

Muyuan Foods Group Co., Ltd. (MUYUAN) reported minimal capital changes for July 2026, underscoring a stable share structure:

1. Registered Share Capital • Total registered share capital remained unchanged at 5.77 billion shares, comprising 5.46 billion A shares listed in Shenzhen and 310.22 million H shares listed in Hong Kong.

2. H-Share Snapshot • Issued H shares stood unchanged at 310.22 million. • Public float met listing requirements, with 5.44 % of H-share capital in the market, representing a market value of HK$10.12 billion—well above the HK$1 billion threshold.

3. A-Share Movements • Issued A shares increased by 69 to 5.39319 billion due to bond conversion; treasury stock held steady at 69.59 million shares. • Total A shares outstanding, including treasury, reached 5.46277 billion.

4. Convertible Bond Activity • MUYUAN’s RMB-denominated convertible bonds (code 127045) decreased by RMB 3,000 during the month, leaving RMB 9.54 billion outstanding. • Conversion price: RMB 43.32 per share. • Remaining convertible balance could add up to 220.29 million new A shares if fully exercised before the bonds’ 15 August 2027 maturity.

MUYUAN’s July data indicate a virtually unchanged equity base, with only a technical adjustment from convertible bond conversions and continued compliance with Hong Kong public-float rules.
