Chu Kong Pipe Keeps Share Base Steady at 1.01 Billion; Confirms Public Float Compliance in June 2026 Filing

Chu Kong Petroleum and Natural Gas Steel Pipe Holdings Limited (“Chu Kong Pipe”) has filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the month ended 30 June 2026, reporting no changes to either authorised or issued share capital.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at HKD 1.00 billion, equivalent to 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each.

Issued share capital was unchanged at 1.01 billion ordinary shares, and Chu Kong Pipe continued to hold no treasury shares. As a result, the total number of issued shares outstanding also stood at 1.01 billion.

Chu Kong Pipe confirmed that it met the Hong Kong Main Board’s minimum public-float threshold of 25% as of 30 June 2026.

No share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-related instruments were issued, exercised, or outstanding during the month, and there were no share repurchases or cancellations.

The filing, dated 02 July 2026, was submitted by Tricor Investor Services Limited in its capacity as branch share registrar.
