Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited announced it bought back 25,000 ordinary shares on Aug, 12 2026 at US$62.465 per share.
The repurchased shares will be cancelled, bringing the company’s issued share capital to 293,777,776 ordinary shares, each carrying one voting right. Jardine Matheson holds no treasury shares.
