BANK OF JIUJIANG Reports 2025 Annual Results with 11.2% Rise in Net Profit Attributable to Shareholders

BANK OF JIUJIANG (06190) announced its annual results for the period ended December 31, 2025. The bank reported operating income of RMB 104.77 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 0.9%. Net profit attributable to shareholders was RMB 827.5 million, up 11.2% compared to the previous year. Basic earnings per share stood at RMB 0.17. The board proposed a cash dividend of RMB 0.56 per 10 shares (tax inclusive). As of the end of the reporting period, the group's total assets amounted to RMB 5,234.35 billion, an increase of RMB 6.976 billion, or 1.4%, from the end of the previous year, primarily driven by growth in customer loans and advances. The group continued to optimize its business structure and strengthen capital management. At the end of the reporting period, the group's capital adequacy ratio, tier-1 capital adequacy ratio, and core tier-1 capital adequacy ratio were 13.49%, 13.46%, and 8.87%, respectively, all meeting the requirements set forth in the Commercial Bank Capital Management Measures.
