Key financial highlights • Deloitte-audited accumulated undistributed loss reached RMB512.31 million as of 31 December 2025, exceeding one-third of the company’s paid-up capital of RMB120.88 million. • The board attributes the deficit to sustained R&D investment averaging 36% of revenue from 2021-2025 and equity-incentive amortisation of RMB301.96 million over the same period. • No cash dividend, bonus shares or other profit distribution will be proposed for FY 2025.
