Emperador Inc. Elects New Board and Confirms Auditor at 2026 AGM

Emperador Inc. held its annual stockholders’ meeting on Jun, 24 2026 via remote communication, with all directors present and at least two-thirds of shareholders represented.
Shareholders elected Winston S. Co, Glenn D. Manlapaz, Kendrick Andrew L. Tan and Kevin Andrew L. Tan as regular directors, and Jose Rene Gregory D. Almendras, Jesli A. Lapus and Ho Poh Wah as independent directors.
The meeting also approved the minutes of the Jun, 09 2025 annual meeting, confirmed the appointment of Punongbayan & Araullo as independent auditors for the year ending Dec, 31 2026, and ratified all actions taken by the board, its committees and management between Jun, 09 2025 and Jun, 23 2026.
