Zhenro Services Announces Executive Director Wang Wei’s Resignation Effective 31 July 2026

Zhenro Services Group Limited reported that Executive Director Wang Wei will step down from the board on 31 July 2026, citing other business and work commitments.
According to the company, Wang Wei confirmed there are no disagreements with the board, and no matters related to his departure require attention from The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited or shareholders.
The board expressed sincere gratitude for Wang Wei’s contributions. Following his resignation, the board structure remains as follows: Executive Directors Deng Li; Non-Executive Directors Liu Weiliang and Wang Zhiming; and Independent Non-Executive Directors Xu Mo, Wei Qin, and Zheng Yilei.
