Global Investments Limited proposes 0.40-cent final dividend and activates scrip option

Global Investments Limited on Feb, 24 2026 announced a proposed final dividend of 0.40 Singapore cents per ordinary share for the financial year ended Dec, 31 2025, subject to shareholder approval at the annual general meeting on Apr, 29 2026.

The company said its Scrip Dividend Scheme will be applied to this payout, enabling investors to receive new shares instead of cash. The new shares will be priced at no more than a 10% discount to the average volume-weighted average price of the stock recorded on May, 14 2026 and May, 15 2026, with the exact issue price to be disclosed on May, 18 2026.

The stock will trade ex-dividend on May, 14 2026, and the record date is set for May, 15 2026. Election notices are expected to be sent to eligible shareholders on or about May, 29 2026, and must be returned by Jun, 10 2026. Cash payments or share credits are slated for Jun, 26 2026.

Overseas investors who wish to take part in the scheme must provide a Singapore mailing address to the company’s registrar or The Central Depository by May, 08 2026.
