FIH Mobile Limited (FIH) disclosed that it bought back 200,000 ordinary shares on 26 June 2026 via the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were repurchased within a price range of HKD 20.38–22.00, for a total consideration of HKD 4.22 million. All repurchased shares are being held as treasury stock.
Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell to 782.50 million, representing a 0.0256% reduction versus the previous day. Treasury shares increased from 5.75 million to 5.95 million, while the total issued share count remained unchanged at 788.45 million.
The buyback forms part of a mandate approved on 22 May 2026 authorising the repurchase of up to 78.27 million shares. Including the latest purchase, FIH has acquired 550,000 shares under this mandate, equivalent to 0.0703% of the issued share base at the time of approval.
Under Hong Kong listing rules, FIH is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 26 July 2026.
