BBMG (02009) released its 2025 Sustainability Report, detailing financial, environmental, social and governance performance for the year ended 31 December 2025.
Financial & Operating Highlights • Operating revenue rose to 91.11 billion yuan; total profit was 32 million yuan. • Total assets stood at 263.62 billion yuan across operations in 23 domestic provinces and multiple overseas locations. • New green building materials remained core, with cement clinker capacity about 92 million tons and cement capacity about 180 million tons. Ready-mixed concrete capacity reached 76 million m³ and aggregate capacity 97.20 million tons.
Climate & Environmental Performance • Carbon emission intensity per RMB 10,000 of revenue fell 22.3% from 2020, surpassing the 19.2% reduction target. • CO₂ emissions per ton of clinker declined to 0.7806 t, meeting the ≤0.7812 t target. • Scope 1 emissions were 47.48 million tCO₂e; Scope 2 emissions 2.82 million tCO₂e. • 16 new photovoltaic projects added 72.8 MW, taking total installed renewable capacity to 156.54 MW and annual green power generation to 120.62 million kWh. • Alternative fuels accounted for 13.76% of total cement fuel mix and raw-material substitution reached 9.34%. • Hazardous waste disposal totalled 23,199.99 tons; non-hazardous waste disposal 8.60 million tons, with 100% compliant treatment. No major environmental or compliance incidents were recorded.
Governance & Safety • A three-tier ESG governance structure is in place, chaired by the Board. • BBMG completed the third round of full-coverage safety audits; two fatal work-related accidents were reported, prompting targeted rectification and accountability measures. • Work-safety investment reached 474.48 million yuan.
Human Capital • Total staff numbered 43,074; fresh graduate intake was 490. • Over 3,400 training sessions were held and average training hours per employee were 39.5. • Employee welfare coverage for “five social insurances and one housing fund” remained at 100%.
Community & Rural Revitalisation • Public-welfare donations totalled 4.83 million yuan; consumption-driven assistance purchases in eight partnered provinces exceeded 15 million yuan. • Industrial investment of 57.23 million yuan in assisted regions created 185 local jobs.
Looking Ahead Entering China’s 15th Five-Year Plan period, BBMG will prioritise new materials, “dual-carbon” goals and digital-intelligent transformation, targeting further reductions in resource intensity and expansion of its green energy portfolio while continuing rural revitalisation and workforce development initiatives.
