Jiangsu Guofu Hydrogen Energy (02582) Issues 404,643 H Shares After Warrant Exercise

Jiangsu Guofu Hydrogen Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. (02582) disclosed that 404,643 new H shares were issued on 26 February 2026 following a warrant exercise. The newly issued shares represent approximately 0.43% of the company’s previously issued 94.85 million shares at an exercise price of HKD 39.26 each.
As a result, the total number of issued H shares rose to approximately 95.26 million. The company reported no share repurchases or redemptions during the period. The warrant exercise details were originally disclosed in a circular and announcement dated 29 July 2025.
