RH Petrogas shareholders pass all resolutions at Apr, 28 2026 AGM

RH Petrogas Limited announced that shareholders approved every resolution at the company’s annual general meeting held on Apr, 28 2026 in Singapore.

The meeting adopted the Directors’ Statement and audited consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended Dec, 31 2025, and declared a first and final tax-exempt one-tier dividend of 0.30 Singapore cents per ordinary share. Shareholders also approved directors’ fees of 0.453 million Singapore dollars for FY2025.

In board matters, Timothy Tiong Ing Zun was re-elected as a Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director, while Independent Directors Caroline Lee and Morin Jean-Louis Pierre were re-elected. The retirement of Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director Khoo Kar Khoon was noted. Ernst & Young LLP was re-appointed as external auditor, and directors were authorised to allot and issue new shares and convertible securities of up to 50% of the company’s issued share capital, with a sub-limit of 20% for non-pro-rata issues.

All eight resolutions were decided by poll; seven received 100% of votes cast in favour, while the re-election of Timothy Tiong and the share-issuance mandate each garnered 95.78% approval. The meeting concluded at 11:30 a.m. after the announcement of the results.
