First Resources pares capital in PT BKP, ups stake in PT ANJ

First Resources Limited on Aug, 14 2026 said it has completed a capital reduction at its 95 %-owned subsidiary PT Borneo Ketapang Permai (PT BKP).

The group cancelled 1,988,358,845 PT BKP shares for proceeds of about 173 million Singapore dollars, while indirect unit PT Subur Arummakmur cancelled a further 104,650,810 shares for roughly 9 million Singapore dollars. Ownership in PT BKP remains unchanged at 95 % for First Resources and 5 % for PT Subur Arummakmur.

In a separate transaction, direct subsidiary PT Ciliandra Perkasa bought 459,300 shares of PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya on the open market for approximately 0.06 million Singapore dollars, raising its stake in the Jakarta-listed company from 2.44 % to 2.46 %. First Resources’ direct interest in PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya stays at 95.92 %.

The company said the transactions are not expected to have a material impact on the group’s net tangible assets or earnings per share for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2026.
