Jacobio Pharmaceuticals Executes HKD 0.50 Million Share Buy-Back, Lifts Treasury Stock to 9.18 Million Shares

Jacobio Pharmaceuticals Group Co., Ltd. disclosed a share repurchase on 14 July 2026, acquiring 102,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 4.87 to HKD 4.92. The volume-weighted average purchase price was HKD 4.89, bringing the cash outlay to approximately HKD 0.50 million.

Prior to the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) stood at 782.68 million shares. The latest repurchase reduced this figure by 0.01% to 782.58 million shares, while treasury shares increased from 9.07 million to 9.18 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 791.76 million.

The buy-back forms part of a mandate approved on 05 June 2026, which authorises Jacobio Pharmaceuticals to repurchase up to 78.37 million shares. Cumulative purchases under this mandate now total 1.15 million shares, equivalent to 0.15% of the company’s issued share base at the mandate date.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, Jacobio Pharmaceuticals is subject to a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share disposals, extending through 13 August 2026. The company confirmed that the repurchase complied with Main Board Rule 10.06 and that no material changes have occurred in its previously filed explanatory statement.
