CSC (06066) released its 2025 annual results and corporate‐governance update on 26 March 2026. Operating income reached RMB 23.32 billion, lifting total revenue and other income to RMB 34.99 billion, up 16.07 % year on year. Net profit attributable to shareholders jumped 30.68 % to RMB 9.44 billion, with basic earnings per share rising to RMB 1.09.
Net capital climbed 6.6 % to RMB 79.60 billion, keeping the risk coverage ratio at 236.50 %, capital leverage at 15.46 % and liquidity coverage at 266.44 %, all above regulatory minima. Equity climbed 11.87 % to RMB 119.10 billion.
Segment performance:
• Investment Banking revenue rose 22.41 % to RMB 3.28 billion on stronger equity and debt underwriting fees. • Wealth Management revenue increased 20.53 % to RMB 12.49 billion, supported by a 70 % surge in market trading volume and a 34 % rise in margin-financing balances to RMB 85.11 billion. • Trading & Institutional Client Services revenue grew 13.23 % to RMB 16.75 billion; market-making activities expanded and FICC sales remained industry‐leading. • Asset Management revenue advanced 12.90 % to RMB 1.45 billion with total client asset scale up 5.99 % to RMB 524.51 billion.
Cash flow from operations turned positive, generating RMB 42.72 billion (2024: RMB 1.06 billion). The company completed multiple bond financings, issuing RMB 17.33 billion of domestic debt and HKD 459.13 billion equivalent offshore, and placed RMB 2.10 billion in perpetual subordinated bonds.
Dividend: Following an interim payout of RMB 0.165 per share, the Board proposes a final cash dividend of RMB 0.175 per share, bringing total 2025 dividends to RMB 0.340 per share (RMB 2.64 billion in aggregate), equal to 31.24 % of 2025 distributable profit.
Corporate governance: CSC’s Board met eight times in 2025, with full attendance by all 15 directors, including five independent non-executive directors who constitute one-third of the Board. Four specialised committees—Development Strategy, Risk Management, Audit, and Remuneration & Nomination—held 21 meetings in total, reviewing key matters such as risk limits, remuneration policies and capital plans. KPMG Huazhen LLP and KPMG remain external auditors, and the Audit Committee reviewed the 2025 results and controls, confirming compliance with IFRS and Hong Kong disclosure rules.
Post-balance-sheet events: Between January and March 2026 CSC issued RMB 14.00 billion of corporate and technology innovation bonds, RMB 4.40 billion of perpetual subordinated bonds and RMB 20.10 billion of short-term commercial papers. A final dividend proposal requires shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
