BAIOO keeps share base steady at 2.87 billion in May 2026 and re-affirms public-float compliance

BAIOO Family Interactive Limited has submitted its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 May 2026, showing no changes in either authorised or issued share capital.

The authorised capital remained at 100.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.0000005 each, equivalent to an overall registered capital of USD 50,000.

Issued capital also stayed unchanged at 2.87 billion ordinary shares. The company held no treasury shares at month-end, and there were no movements arising from share options, warrants, convertibles, or any other share-issuance arrangements.

All share-based awards under the Post-IPO RSU Scheme—covering a cumulative 89.91 million underlying shares approved between 2021 and 2022—recorded no new vesting, issuance, or treasury transfers during the month.

BAIOO confirmed that it continues to satisfy the Hong Kong Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as of 31 May 2026.
