CF PharmTech repurchases 74,800 H-shares, boosting treasury stock to 2.02 million units

CF PharmTech, Inc. disclosed that on 07 October 2026 it bought back 74,800 H-shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under its authorised share‐repurchase mandate dated 26 June 2026. The shares were repurchased at prices ranging from HKD 6.64 to HKD 6.71, for an aggregate consideration of HKD 0.50 million, or a volume-weighted average price of HKD 6.68 per share. All repurchased shares have been retained as treasury stock.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell to 321.95 million shares from 322.02 million, representing a 0.0232% reduction. Treasury shares increased to 2.02 million units, leaving the total issued share count unchanged at 323.97 million.

Since the adoption of the 30.08 million-share repurchase mandate, CF PharmTech has bought back 627,500 shares—equivalent to 0.21% of the issued share base on the mandate date—leaving capacity to repurchase up to approximately 29.46 million additional shares.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares following the 07 October transaction, ending on 06 November 2026. The board confirmed that all repurchases have complied with the Main Board Listing Rules and relevant regulatory requirements.
