Centurion Accommodation REIT said on May, 20 2026 that it has issued 2.53 million new units at 1.1396 Singapore dollars each to Centurion Capital Investments Ltd. as payment for the manager’s base fee.
The new units represent the entire fee due to Centurion Asset Management Pte. Ltd. for the period from Jan, 1 2026 to Mar, 31 2026. After the allotment, Centurion Accommodation REIT has 1.72 billion units in issue, while the manager holds no units.
