Kingsmen Creatives Ltd. announced on Jul, 4 2026 that its 71% indirectly owned subsidiary, Kingsmen Projects Sdn. Bhd. (KPSB), has received the High Court of Malaya’s winding-up order filed on Jun, 30 2026.
The court order appoints the Official Receiver as liquidator of KPSB. Kingsmen Creatives stated it will release further updates in accordance with Singapore Exchange listing requirements as material developments arise.
